The MVCC Athlete of the Week for the week ending 10/15/23 is Lauren Suppe. Lauren finished in second place at the Mountain Valley Conference Cross Country Championships. Her efforts contributed to the Hawks winning the Conference Title. Miss Suppe is a graduate of Canastota High School.
