The MVCC Athlete of the Week for the week ending 11/13/23 is Omar Mohamed. Omar won the NJCAA Individual Cross Country National Championship this past weekend in Alabama. Mr. Mohamed was also the NJCAA Region III Champion this year. Omar is a sophomore from Utica, NY who attended Proctor High School.
