The MVCC Co-Athlete of the Week for the week ending 2-6-23 is Ike Sheppard. Ike posted 27 points and 13 rebounds in the Hawks win over Onondaga CC. He followed that performance up with an 18 point, 14 rebound game in #6 MVCC's victory over #7 Genesee CC. The Schenectady, NY native has helped lead the Hawks to 14 straight wins.
