The #4 Nationally ranked MVCC Men's Basketball Team improved their record to 16-2 with two wins on the road this past weekend. On Saturday the Hawks defense was stifling on the way to a 92-58 win at North Country CC. North Country had been averaging 92 points per game prior to meeting the Hawks. Creig Goldson scored 20 points and Marquis Gilbert added 14 in the win.
On Sunday The Hawks offense was flying as they passed the century mark in a 102-60 victory over Clinton CC. Six Hawks finished the game in double digit scoring led by Rian Carter and Marquis Gilbert with 17 points each.
