The #8 ranked Mohawk Valley Women's Soccer team beat visiting Jamestown CC by a score of 16-0 on Saturday afternoon. The Hawks Emily Berube got the scoring started early less than five minutes into the game on her way to a first half hat trick. Kaitlyn Daley led the way for the Hawks on her way to a career day with high five goals and two assists on the afternoon. The Hawks got scoring from all over as they saw four players score multiple goals which included Skyler Jones and Jenna Thompson each had a four point effort collecting two goals and two assists apiece. Samantha Landgren scored a goal, Rylee Kolek had a goal and two assists, Sarah Paul chipped in an assist, and Macy Vitale added an impressive four assists to go along with her goal that rounded of the scoring for the Hawks on the afternoon. Sophomore goalkeeper Bobbie Lee-Hall stopped the lone shot that she faced en route to her second straight shutout and third victory this season.
The Hawks return to action Wednesday as they travel to Finger Lakes CC, kickoff set for 2:00pm!
