The Mohawk Valley Women's Basketball team won their fourth game in a row Wednesday with an 88-54 victory over visiting SUNY Adirondack.  After a sluggish first quarter, Coach Durr said the team's resiliance helped push them to a stronger second quarter as they built a 46-27 at half and they did not let up from there.  Lyrik' Jackson and Jasmine Michaux continured their hot shooting for the Hawks as they combined for 49 points with Jackson having 24 and Michaux adding in 25.  Olivia Wakin continues to be a strong contributor for the team adding in 12 points of her own to go along with some great defensive play.  Abby Brown added in four points in her first game with the team since joining once soccer season finished up.

The Hawks currently sit at 4-1 and will look to extend their winning streak on Saturday as Tompkins-Cortland CC will visit the Jorgensen Center for a 1:00pm game.
