Mohawk Valley Community College Men's Basketball player Jordanny Cuevas-Marte has been named to the 2019-20 NJCAA Division III Men's Basketball First All-American Team.

The sophomore guard started and played in all 33 games for the Hawks this season, averaging 20.9 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game. Cuevas-Marte led the Men's Basketball team to the Region III Championship and a berth into the NJCAA Division III National Championship tournament, helping the Hawks make it all the way to the National Championship. He also was recognized as the Region III Player of the Year, MVP of the Regional Final Four, and named to the NJCAA Division III National Championship All-Tournament team. He is a graduate of Ithaca High School majoring in General Studies at MVCC.
