The MVCC Men's and Women's Track and Field Teams competed at St. Lawrence University on February 22nd. On the Men's Side Mike Bennett placed third in the mile with a time of 4:41.16 the went on to hit his seasons best time of 9:13.58 in the 3k. Mike is currently ranked 30th among Division I Junior Colleges in the 5k with an impressive time of 15:51.65. He is the only Division III Junior College athlete ranked in both respective divisions. Victor Rodriguez placed 2nd in the 60m dash final with a time of 7.24 and Alex Dankwa finished second in the 400m with a time of 53.00.

The Women received strong performances from Lexi Phillips and Rachel Beaulieu. Lexi finished 5th in the 60m with a time of 8.91 and Rachel placed 2nd in the pole vault tying her personal best vault of 7ft, 6 1/2 inches.
