This past weekend(1/29) The men's and woman's Track & Field teams began their indoor campaign at Colgate. Both the men and women's teams placed second overall. 

Top performers from the men's side included Andy Hadesz scoring 1st place points in the 60 and 300 meter dashes. Keheel Roberts won his heat and placed 3rd overall in the 200 meter dash. Ely Sidibe, Zach Moore and Sean Valentine all scored points in their respective events to help propel the Hawks into a 2nd place team finish. 

On the ladies side Sadia Abakar placed 2nd in the 60 meter dash closely followed by fellow teammates Iveion Seabrooks, Hanidi Tajir, and Yasmine Wilson. Other notable efforts include Gabrielle Myers winning the 5000m and Arafa Djouma placing 2nd in the 400. 

Next stop for the Hawks will be Saturday February 5th at Utica College.
