Mohawk Valley Community College swept today's doubleheader at SUNY Jefferson. The Hawks won by scores of 13-3 (6 inn.) and 21-3 (5 inn.)

 

Jason Dejesus went the distance on the mound in game one allowing 2 hits while striking out 3. Steven Bonilla and Rob Conley led the offensive attack, Bonilla went 3 for 3 with a triple and 3 stolen bases. Conley went 3 for 4 with a double and a triple with 3 RBI's. 

 

MVCC put the second game out of reach early scoring 14 runs in the first inning on the way to a 21-3 victory in a game shortened to 5 innings. Josh Duval had three hits to lead the offense. The Hawks tallied 16 hits and took advantage of 11 walks. Felix DeAsa and Kyle Clark combined on the mound for the pitching victory.
