#12 Mohawk Valley falls at home

The Hawks took on Broome Community College on Sunday afternoon in their 4th game of the week.

With only 7 players available, and missing multiple starters for the 4th consecutive contest due to illness, the Hawks fell to the Hornets.

Isaiah Earl led the way for the Hawks with 26 points for the unhealthy Hawks.

"This week has been something I have really never witnessed in my time as a college coach. Our group played 4 games in 5 days with the majority of our team having a high level illness to the point where many guys weren't able to play/travel or contribute. Mix in some additional injuries with the bad health luck, and to be completely honest I am just proud of my guys for doing all they could to make it through the week together. We are looking forward to having this 6 day gap between games so our team can get some rest, get healthy and regroup. We must find a way to use this hand we were dealt to turn adversity into prosperity. I know as a coaching staff and program we are looking to playing our first game of the season with everyone available and healthy next Saturday at home against Onondaga. After this past week, we would love to have all of the Mohawk faithful there to support these young men!." Coach Fuller said after the game.
