The Mohawk Valley Track and Field team traveled to Colgate University to compete in their second invitational of the season this week.

The Hawks had many impressive performances , led by Ryan Keenan who won the 3000 meter with a time of 10:52:04. Additionally, Jimmy Riley tallied a big time victory in the shot put event as well. 

Other top performances by the Hawks were had by,  Iveion Seabrooks who placed 2nd in the 60 meter dash with a season best 8.50 and a 3rd place finish in the 200 meter dash.

Furthermore, Moenae Washington placed 2nd in the 300 meter dash and also placed 3rd in the 60 meter dash to round out a day of excellent showings by the Hawks. 

"Each week we are improving. We are putting in the work and it's beginning to show. I'm excited for what is to come for this group." Coach Cull said following the event.
