In a recent game, the Hawks unfortunately suffered a loss with a final score of 11-2. Despite the defeat, Cavelino and Hicks both showed their skills on the field.

Kylei Cavelino had a strong performance at the plate, going 2 for 3 and scoring a run. Her batting average for the game was .667, indicating her consistency as a hitter. Cavelino's run also showcased her speed and base-running abilities, demonstrating her value as a player on the team.

Faith Hicks also made a notable contribution, hitting a double and going 1 for 3 at the plate. Her double showed her power and precision when hitting the ball, and she also contributed to the team's offensive efforts.

However, despite the efforts of Cavelino and Hicks, the team was unable to secure the victory. The opposing team came out strong totaling 4 home runs resulting in 10 out of their 11 runs.

In the top of the 6th inning, Kendall Darling took over for Neff. Although the opposing team had already amassed a significant lead, Darling worked hard to minimize the damage, allowing only 3 earned runs and striking out 2 batters while issuing one walk.
