Cook, Simmons and Stant for MVCC

Three MVCC Lady Hawks Soccer players received regional honors for outstanding play during the 2017 season.
Sydney Cook from Waterville was named to the All Region First Team as a forward. She finished the season as the teams leading scorer with 30 goals, 7 assists and 67 total points.
Frankfort's Rose Simmons received All Region 2nd Team honors as a midfielder. Simmons was second in scoring with 15 goals and 10 assists.
Sophomore Alexandra Stant from Monticello was named to the All region 2nd Team, Backs. Stant played in 16 games and scored 4 goals along with playing stellar defense for MVCC.
