The MVCC Lady Hawks picked up their third win of the season following a 7-0 shutout of Finger Lakes Community College. 

Sydney Cook opened the Hawks scoring just 2:42 into the contest on a nice set-up from Rose Simmons.  Cook returned the favor by feeding Simmons at the 4:22 mark and MV led 2-0.  Olivia Watkin, Macy Vitale, Jacinta Kaminski and Cook found the back of the net again as MVCC took a 6-0 lead into halftime.  

Cook capped the Hawks scoring in the 67th minute when she completed her hat trick with an unassisted goal.  Bobbie-Lee Hall recorded 3 saves in goal.

MVCC travels to North Country Community College on Saturday, September 15th for a 1 p.m. kickoff.
