This past weekend the Mens & Women's Cross Country teams traveled to Fulton Montgomery Community College to compete in the Mountain Valley Conference Championships.

The Lady Hawks ran their way to four top 10 finishes including Gabrielle Myers (4th), Delaney Brewer (6th), Arafa Djouma (9th) and Sadia Abakar (10th). This effort paved the way to a 2nd Place overall Team Finish.

The Men placed 3rd overall as a team behind a strong performance from Ryan Keenan who finished 10th in the event. Next up for the Hawks is the NJCAA Region III Championships to be held at Finger Lakes Community College on Saturday, October 30th.
