Over the weekend the Mens & Women's Cross Country teams traveled to Finger Lakes Community College to compete in the Cross Country Regional Championships.

The lady Hawks ran very well, placing 2nd overall with Gabrielle Myers, Delaney Brewer, Arafa Djouma and Sadia Abakar all placing in the top 20. The Men notched an 8th place finish respectively. 

The teams will take the next 2 weeks to prepare for Nationals November 13th at Georgia Military School in Milledgeville GA.
