Mohawk Valley Baseball traveled to Onondaga Community College for a spring game against Kingsborough Community College on Sunday. Despite some impressive play for the Hawks, they were defeated in 9 innings by the Waves, in the annual Larry Doby game, sponsored by the Hunt Family.

 

On the mound, Austin Stoquert continued his stellar play for the Hawks striking out 8 through 5 innings for the green and white. Odlanier Andrades was impressive at the plate drawing 4 walks and stealing 4 bases.  

 

Josh Gross put together a high level afternoon notching a multi-hit game for MV, with a pair of singles. The Hawks concluded the spring break training schedule with a record of 1-4. 

 

 

The Hawks will travel to Jefferson Community College next Saturday to take on the Cannoneers.
