Asa Beyah was also instrumental in the victory, scoring 13 second half points to give the Hawks the seperation needed to hold off a second half surge by Clinton.

"I'm proud of the way we played against Clinton, especially in the second half. It was our 3rd road game in 4 days and we showed alot of mental toughness being ready to play after logging alot of hours traveling. It's a long season and this time of year a win or loss isn't going to define our team. We just need to keep improving so that we are at our best when it matters most."
