The MVCC Ice Hockey Team got back in the Win column with a 7-3 victory on the road over the St. John Fisher Club Team. The Hawks were led by 3 outstanding performances by a trio of MCCC freshman. Jordan Trudeau (Watertown, NY) led the Hawks offensive attack with a hat trick. Grant Romeo (New Hartford, NY) made a huge impact on the offense with 1 goal and 4 assists. Freddy Peters (Rochester, NY) was excellent between the pipes with 32 saves for the game. The Hawks are going to have to continue to win on the road in order to make a run at the post season. Their next home game is not until Wednesday, February 10th at the New Hartford Rec Center versus SUNY Broome CC. Puck drop is set for 7:30pm.
