The MVCC Men's Soccer team will kick off the 2023 campaign with Erie Community College on Saturday, September 2nd at 7:00PM @ D'Alessandro Stadium in Utica, NY. The Mohawk Valley Men's Soccer is ranked #6 in the country in preseason rankings. Last year, they fell in the Regional Championship game in a penalty kick shootout. The Hawks finished the year with a 10-1-4 record, setting a program record with just 1 loss on the season.

"Last year left a bitter taste in everyone's mouth" states Coach Dominic DiMaggio who is entering his 7th season as the Head Men's Soccer Coach. "We had season ending injuries to 3 captains last year and still found a way to battle every game and be one of the top teams in the country. We have 21 guys returning from our Spring roster and added 22 freshmen into the mix. In my opinion, it's the most complete team I've had at Mohawk Valley. Our preseason scrimmages went quite well and training has been excellent. We set high expectations and standards this year. I believe our mentality will be a difference maker."
