The MVCC Men's Soccer team received a #2 ranking in the preseason NJCAA DIII poll. The Hawks are coming off a National Championship run where they were defeated by 6-time National Champion – Dallas Richland College. The Hawks were crowned Mountain Valley Conference Champions, Region III Champions, and were undefeated heading into the National Championship match.

"Last year was a great year with a tough ending. Richland has proven to be one of the best collegiate soccer teams in the country at the junior college level." stated Head Coach Dom DiMaggio. "We lost a large group of sophomores but brought in some great talent this year and have some excellent sophomores heading into this season. From a talent standpoint, I think we have what it takes to get ourselves back into the same position as last year." 

The #2 Hawks had a strong preseason schedule playing against NCAA D1 Canisius College, NCAA D2 Southern Connecticut State University, and NCAA D3 Hamilton College and Utica University. The Hawks open up the 2024 campaign at home against Clinton Community College on 8/28 at 7:00PM.
