The Mohawk Valley Men's Cross Country team placed 2nd at the 2024 NJCAA Mountain Valley Conference meet this past weekend. Their roster consisted of Jayden Taylor, Aidan Ferguson, Abanoub Naguib, Edward Champion, Christian Lopez, Michael Olejarnik, and Mikhail Kocovic.

Highlights of the afternoon came from Jayden Taylor, who had a great showing for the Hawks in the 8k as he placed 6th with a time of 32:09, and he was followed by his teammate Aidan Ferguson who notched a time of 32:44. First team All Mountain Valley Conference athletes on the men's side were Jayden Taylor, Aidan Ferguson, Abanoub Naguib, Edward Champion, and Christian Lopez.

The Hawks will look to chase a regional championship on October 26th, as they head to Herkimer College for what is expected to be a highly competitive meet.
