Mohawk Valley's Womens basketball team traveled to North Country on Wednesday to take on the Saints, in a 5:00 PM showdown.

The Hawks came out of the gate with great energy and sustained that same energy throughout all four quarters as they defeated the Saints by a final score of 77-53 to notch their second victory in a row.

Nataya McGee put together another impressive outing as she led all scorers with 25 points. Freshman Felice Fowler contributed 16 points for the Hawks. Furthermore, Tiara Smith contributed 12 points and Morgan Wiegand added 11. 

The Hawks will be back in action on Sunday afternoon as they take on Cayuga Community College on the road, in a game slated for a 3:00 PM start.
