The MVCC Lady Hawks dropped their final home game of the 2017 season, 32-1 to five time national champion Monroe CC.
The Hawks managed to prevent the sweep with a goal late in the game by Alison James, who was assisted by Cheyenne Smith.
MVCC Goalie Stephanie Cronin #30 saw 49 shots and nabbed 17 saves.
The Lady Hawks final game of the season is this Sunday, against Jefferson Community College at 1pm on the General Brown High School turf.
