Gabriella “Gabby” Howard

Assistant Coach

Gabriella Howard joined the Hawks in 2022 and will be entering her second season. She has valuable experience as a student-athlete as she played two years for head coach Gabe Coffey at Herkimer College. Coach Howard excelled in the classroom and on the court while at Herkimer College and captained a program turnaround for the Generals. In her sophomore campaign her team ranked in the top 10 in the country (as high as 4^th) throughout the season, competed in the Region 3 semi-final and finished 19-6. She recently graduated from Utica University with her bachelor’s degree.

She understands the expectations and the mental toughness required at this level and positively pushes the young women under her tutelage. Playing for me, she knows my philosophy and style which helps streamline the process for our current players. It is a dream to have her on board.”
