User Groups/Fees
Wellness Pass:
A Wellness Pass provides users access to the Fitness Center, indoor running track, pool, and racquetball courts. MVCC full-time employee families*, part-time employees, MVCC Alumni Association members, and senior citizens (60+) may purchase a Wellness Pass. The fees are as follows:
· Per semester: $120 each semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer)
· Per year: $350 for the year

- Pass must be purchased at the MVCC Utica Campus Business Office.
*MVCC full-time employee family member is defined as spouse and dependent children ages 16 to 26.
Main Gym and Field House:
All full/part time students, full/part time faculty/staff, and Alumni Association members. All other users must be a guest of one of the aforementioned groups. Guests are $3/visit. One Guest per student/faculty.
Fitness Center:
Alumni Association members, and Senior Citizens (60+ years of age) must purchase a Wellness Pass. MVCC Faculty/Staff and Current Students may use the Fitness Center free of charge during the open hours.
Pool:
Pool passes may be purchased. The following is the cost breakdown:

How to buy a Semester, Annual or Day pass:
1. Individual day pass: Cash or Check, pay in person at the pool.
2. Semester and Annual passes:
- Register and pay online with credit card: mvcc.edu/cced and click “Register Now”
- Register in person using a credit card, check or cash (exact change please!) at the Academic Building Room 166
- Register over the phone using a credit card: 315-792-5300

Racquetball Courts:
The racquetball courts are open to the public for the following fees:

Guests of above groups $3/visit
Public Use $10/hour/court
Track/Tennis Courts:
Open to public on a first come first serve basis. Availability dependent upon programming schedule.
Scheduling Athletic/Events Center:
The Associate Dean of Athletics & Physical Education shall schedule all athletic, physical education, & recreational programming needs of the college. The summer and fall semester
schedule will be completed by approximately April 1. The spring and winter intersession semester schedule will be completed by approximately November 1.
-All college community (on campus) requests should be initiated with Kelly McNamara (kmcnamara@mvcc.edu or X5572) Technical Assistant in the Athletic & Physical Education Department. Requests may not be made more than three months in advance. Exceptions may be made by the Athletic Director.
-All community (off campus) requests should be made through the Office of Events. Requests may not be made more than three months in advance. Exceptions may be made by the Events Administrator.
*Outside group usage should be encouraged to schedule activities from April through October. November through March will be heavily used for college programming.
The Athletic/Events Center should never be open for use without professional supervision from Athletic/Physical Education Department. Facility will be closed any time the college is closed; including the traditional “ajar” period.
